Remote stock management:
The solution of inventory control is made up of materials, whose implementation and use are extremely simple.
Autonomous ultrasonic level sensor autonomous and without wire are installed at the top of the silos.
These sensors measure the volume of matter in the silo, the level of the battery, the level of clogging of the ultrasonic head and the temperature of the sensor for a service of preventive maintenance and transmit measurements, by radio waves, at the control station with visual indicators located in the farm building .
This control station is connected by Internet, via its integrated modem, with server IJITRACK.
The server records all the data, consultable by Internet since a PC, and alarm the stockbreeder in the event of alarm (bottom grade, overflow tanks liquid manure, current failure, water leakage, intrusion...)
Moreover sensors integrate a module of radio identification (RFid) communicating with the truck of delivery when the head of screw of loading is in the vicinity (< 1.5m) to guarantee and trace the deliveries by identifying the vehicles and silos.
