CONTEXT :

As part of its public service delegation, this water company is committed to researching and reducing the contribution of parasitic water to the agglomeration, with the installation of measuring equipment.

The wastewater network is divided into catchment areas, and the first analysed data are the flows passing through the stations, either from pump operating times linked to pump flow, or from electromagnetic flowmeters installed on the discharge points.

Catchment areas can cover large surfaces, in which case sub-sections allow better targeting of network malfunctions.

Selecting the right equipment :

The OSRAI solution + IJINUS water level measurement solution (using ultrasonic or radar technology) easily meets these needs thanks to its ease of installation.

A preliminary inspection of the site will enable us to validate the correct hydraulic conditions, and to select the OSRAI contraction sizes that allow good level measurement and a valid hydraulic law.

The main constraints are slope, multiple inlets and curves in the invert..
